Currently engage in building 4 Hotels in Karnataka and Goa.  JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for all Finance, Accounting, Statutory and Commercial (approvals) across all locations of organisations presence.  Current debts to be refinanced at cheaper cost.  Equity infusion of about Rs. 500 Crores on the residential platform and additional 500 crores at commercial platform and about 100 crores on the hotels platform.  Areas of interest are stressed commercial asset acquisition in the markets we operate.  Affordable housing, senior care housing, both sale and annuity model exist.  Major responsibilities:  Accomplishes finance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities, communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.  Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.  Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.  Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.  Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.  Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.  Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.  Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.  Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.  Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.  Qualification, Experience and Attributes:  1) CA with minimum 20 years experience. Handled not less than Rs. 1000 Crores topline. Should have been CFO for the last 5 years in a Real Estate Company.  2) Good relationships with Financial Institutions.  3) Raised funds from PSU banks.  4) Good relationship with housing Finance companies.  5) Exposure to day to day treasury / cash flow management.  6) Out of the box, innovative thinking for raising finance, team leader, motivator, taking ownership.  7) Complete hands on approach towards every function and required to travel to each location frequently.  8) Based out of Bangalore.  Reporting directly to CEO and indirectly to the CMD.
