Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning

- Build financial models and forecasts for acquisitions, developments, and portfolio performance.

- Optimize capital allocation to maximize ROI and enhance asset value.

Fundraising & Capital Markets

- Lead end-to-end IPO preparation and execution, including regulatory liaison, roadshows, and investor onboarding.

- Cultivate and manage relationships with investment banks, private equity, and financial institutions.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

- Design and implement robust internal controls and governance frameworks.

Risk Management & Capital Structure

- Optimize capital structure through strategic debt and equity management.

- Develop and implement hedging and risk mitigation strategies.

Investor Relations

- Develop investor communication materials including presentations, quarterly updates, and strategic outlooks.

- Build investor confidence through consistent, data-driven performance tracking and transparency.

Technology & Innovation

- Leverage AI and data analytics to drive strategic insights and operational efficiency.

- Ensure robust cybersecurity practices to protect sensitive financial data.

Key Requirements:

- CA / CPA / MBA in Finance or related field.

- 18+ years in financial leadership roles, with strong exposure to real estate

- Proven track record of leading IPOs and major fundraising initiatives is essential.

- Hands-on experience managing an IPO or pre-IPO process is mandatory.

- Demonstrated success in raising capital through equity and debt instruments.

- Strong understanding of real estate finance, project feasibility, capital markets, and risk management.

- Proven leadership ability with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing finance teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with real estate private equity funds or public listed real estate entities.

- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and sustainability-driven financial strategies.

- Adept in PropTech tools, ERP platforms, and BI dashboards.
