Job Description:

- Act as a key leader for Accounts, Taxation, Finance & Promoter's Office

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reports are prepared and presented to the executive team and board of directors.

- Assess and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and auditors, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Manage the financial execution of all wings of the Group.

- Prepare the financial feasibility of new businesses and negotiating contracts.

Preferred candidate:

- Must have experience in real estate industry

- Must have experience in fund raising & JV partner management
