Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.
The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, including strategic planning, risk management, financial reporting, budgeting, and investor relations.
This role requires a visionary leader with strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Provide leadership in the development of short- and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans from a financial and operational perspective.
- Identify and manage business risks and insurance requirements.
- Drive improvements in financial performance and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure robust financial controls and reporting systems are in place.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor finance, accounting, and compliance teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Proven experience as CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and data analysis.
- Experience in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software tools
