Chief Financial Officer - Pharma/Animal Care Sector - CA

Role : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Looking for a qualified CA with over 12+ years of experience - Post Qualification in Finance and Accounting, Merger and Acquisition, Fund Raising, and costing. Looking for candidates who have industry experience in either the Pharma or Animal Care sector.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, a leading company in the Animal Care industry, located in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the finance and accounting team to drive financial strategies and operations.

- Oversee mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration processes.

- Manage fund raising activities and build relationships with investors and financial institutions.

- Develop and implement costing strategies to optimize financial performance.

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Qualifications :

- Qualified CA with relevant experience is mandatory.

- Proven experience in Merger and Acquisition, Fund Raising, costing, and Finance and Accounting.

- Industry experience in Pharma or Animal Care sector mandatory.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
