Role and Responsibilities  A. Strategic Finance  - Develop a financial management strategy for the business with a view to create shareholder value;  - Shape and execute a capital raising strategy encompassing debt, equity and grants to support growth of the business with a supportive and aligned stakeholder group;  - Provide inputs and act as thought partner to the leadership team on overall business strategy including expansion, investments, operations, partnerships;  - Identify and develop opportunities for financial re- engineering, new investments/ M&A, inorganic growth, risk management, etc.; and  - Lead the business planning process for the business integrating financing strategy and operating plans with business strategy  - Independently originate and manage relationships with a variety of investors e.g. banks DFIs, PE and VC investors, Foundations both in and outside India  B. Risk and Portfolio Management  - Develop policies for overall risk management in the business to mitigate area, product, customer, organisational and regulatory risk, with a view to manage best in class portfolio performance;  - Provide leadership to the appraisal and customer selection function  - Develop and evolve business intelligence and analytical frameworks for monitoring portfolio performance; and  - Provide direction for portfolio interventions and redressal policies to operations team  C. Financial Assurance  - Provide leadership for financial control and integrity of MIS and financial statements;  - Ensure systems and processes for tax and regulatory compliance;  - Represent the business to external stakeholders like tax authorities, regulatory bodies, external auditors and resolve matters as required for smooth operations, financial savings and risk mitigation  Qualifications and Experience Required  - MBA or Chartered Accountant  - 15+ years post qualification work experience ideally in an environment where s/he has raised and deployed capital e.g. microfinance, banking and non-banking financial services and has been involved in operations  - Track record of investor engagement, relationships and capital raising  Skills Required  - Leadership to maintain a high performing team of Financial Controller, Internal Auditor, Senior Manager- Risk and Portfolio and AVP-Investor Relations;  - Passion and go-better attitude to set targets for oneself and organise resources to achieve them;  - Experience of successful capital raising  - Ability to communicate persuasively (investor materials and face to face meetings)  - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form working relationships with internal and external stakeholders   - Ability to multi-task and provide direction and leadership to multiple workstreams  - Intuitive understanding of economics and costs discipline  - Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as often as required  What do we Offer  - An attractive compensation package, comprising salary, bonuses and stock options;  - A purposeful career, where the personal and business impact is immediately visible in the happiness of people we serve;  - A young entrepreneurial work environment, with opportunities to take bigger broader responsibilities and accelerate career progression; and  - A professional challenge, where you will never have a dull moment  If interested please call 9810143202
