Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance & Leadership:

- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support organizational growth.

- Drive strategic initiatives including acquisitions, mergers, and new business opportunities.

- Partner with the CEO and board to guide financial decision-making and risk management.

- Drive profitability through cost control, pricing strategy, and operational efficiencies.

Financial Reporting & Controls:

- Oversee preparation of financial statements in compliance with IGAAP and IND-AS.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including MIS, investor presentations, and board decks.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.

Treasury & Fund Management:

- Manage short-term and long-term liquidity through effective cash flow planning.

- Oversee fund-raising activities, including debt and capital market instruments.

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies, and financial institutions.

Regulatory Compliance & Taxation:

- Ensure compliance with RBI, NHB, GST, and other statutory bodies.

- Oversee accurate and timely submission of statutory returns and regulatory reports.

- Lead taxation strategy and implementation including GST frameworks.

- Implement and monitor financial control systems, reconciliations, and internal audits.

- Monitor Asset Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet risks.

Investor Relations:

- Lead investor communication including quarterly calls, investor meets, and presentations.

- Represent the company in financial forums and with external stakeholders.
