To support their expansion plans, they are looking for a CFO to be based out of Bangladesh and head the finance function.  Job Description  - Administratively reporting to the CEO and functionally to the CFO based in Hong Kong, you will lead a large team and have ultimate responsibility for all accounting activities of the manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to financial and accounting policies.   - You will focus on assessing business drivers and develop both short and long term plans to improve the effectiveness of operations. Key responsibilities will include the provision of financial planning, statutory audit, MIS reports, payroll and budgetary controls.You will also be responsible for managing a large team and ensuring smooth operations and functioning.  The Successful Applicant  - You are a CA/ICWA/CPA possessing 12-15 years of experience gained within the manufacturing sector. Practical experience gained in the Indian sub continent is an advantage as is a strong working knowledge of financial, management accounting and costing.   - You are an experienced leader with high integrity, strong leadership skills having a hands-on approach.
