KRA's:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Manage P&L, financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

- Undertake cash flow management and ensure budget alignment with approved annual operating plans.

Capital Allocation & Fundraising:

- Optimize balance sheet, debt/equity structure, to ensure optimum allocation of approved capital.

- Support fundraising (equity, debt, structured deals).

Profitability & Cost Optimization:

- Improve operating margins via cost control measures.

- Manage working capital, collections, and vendor payments.

Compliance & Corporate Governance:

- Ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI, stock exchanges for listed entities).

- Ensure 100% adherence to annual tax audit, company audit and internal audit related compliances.

- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audits.

Investor Relations:

- Develop and strengthen transparent and timely communication to stakeholders, external shareholders and business analysts.

- Present financial growth narratives [EBITDA, ROE, ROI, etc.] and manage board/investor communication.

ERP implementation:

- Replace and implement ERP at the group level.
