Role Overview:

- The Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. This role involves providing strategic financial leadership, managing financial risks, and ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

- The CFO will work closely with the CEO, other senior executives, and the board of directors, as well as external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, and financial institutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance and achieving its long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements to stakeholders.

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and improve financial performance.

- Manage the company's treasury functions, including cash management, fund management, and investment strategies, to maximize returns and minimize financial risks.

- Drive fund raising initiatives, including securing debt financing, equity investments, and other sources of capital, to support the company's growth plans.

- Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation to ensure successful transactions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to support the company's financial needs.

- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, mitigating financial risks and protecting the company's assets.

- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Oversee financial planning activities, including long-term financial projections, scenario analysis, and capital budgeting.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

- Strong understanding of treasury management, including cash management, investment strategies, and risk management.

- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Proven track record in fund raising, including securing debt financing and equity investments.

- Experience in M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Minimum of 15-22 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
