- We are seeking an exceptional financial leader to step into the role of Chief Financial Officer for our operations in Nagpur and Pune. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with 10 to 30 years of experience who can guide the organizations financial direction with foresight, precision, and strategic clarity.

- The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial planning, compliance frameworks, and risk management, along with a demonstrated ability to influence key business decisions at the highest levels.

- As a core member of the leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping long-term financial health, ensuring governance excellence, and steering the company through growth and transformation.

- In this role, the CFO will be responsible for building and executing robust financial strategies that align with organizational objectives. This includes leading financial planning processes, overseeing accurate and timely financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

- The position demands strong expertise in budgeting and cost management, with a focus on maximizing operational efficiency and resource utilization. The CFO will also be accountable for maintaining healthy cash flows, managing working capital, and ensuring that the company remains well-positioned to meet its financial commitments.

- Beyond internal operations, the role includes driving fundraising initiatives, engaging with investors, and nurturing long-term relationships with financial institutions to support future expansion and sustainability.

Requirements:

- Candidates must possess solid professional credentials, with a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CMA qualification being mandatory.

- An MBA in Finance from a reputed institute is preferred for candidates aiming to bring additional strategic and managerial depth.

- Applicants should have over a decade of experience in finance and accounts, including at least 5 to 7 years in senior financial leadership roles where they have demonstrated the ability to lead teams, influence business strategies, and manage complex financial environments.

- Experience within Manufacturing, Steel, Infrastructure, FMCG, Pharmaceutical sectors, or with Big 4 consulting firms will be highly regarded, as it equips candidates with the domain expertise required to excel in this high-impact leadership role.
