We are seeking a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep expertise in financial governance, reporting, and compliance-preferably from limited and listed company environments.
Key Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting functions.
- Prior experience in manufacturing sector companies that are currently or were previously listed is essential.
- Should have worked at plant locations and later transitioned to corporate roles; exposure to managing multiple units is preferred.
- Must have led teams of at least 20 members.
- Experience in organizations with a turnover of - 800 crore or more is required.
Demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
- Fundraising and investor relations
- Statutory and internal audits
- Finance & Accounts
- Taxation
- Secretarial functions
- Board meetings and balance sheet finalization
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Financial controls and cash flow management
- Exposure to IPO processes (preferred but not mandatory)
- Fluency in Telugu is essential; only Telugu-speaking candidates will be considered.
- Male candidates preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide strategic insights and commercial leadership to support and exceed business objectives.
- Manage compliance frameworks, risk mitigation, and internal controls.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and financial institutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue and optimize cost structures.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication of financial risks and opportunities.
- Support top leadership with financial strategy, reporting, and planning.
- Ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and tax compliance.
- Oversee cash flow management, fund sourcing, and financial scenario modeling.
- Build and manage predictive financial models for strategic decision-making.
- Lead Finance, Accounts, MIS, and Taxation teams across the organization.
- Drive financial innovation, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage short- and long-term borrowings, investments, project financing, and disinvestments.
- Align financial strategy with overall business objectives and growth plans.
