Role : Chief Financial Officer
Role Purpose :
The CFO will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, driving performance, ensuring robust financial governance, capital market credibility, and strategic growth through organic expansion and inorganic opportunities (M&A). This role requires a seasoned finance leader with deep exposure to manufacturing operations, capital markets, and corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities :- Strategic Financial Leadership : Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with the Promoters, Board, and Leadership Team.
- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Performance Management : Lead the annual business planning and budgeting process.
- Financial Operations & Controls : Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and audit functions across plants and corporate offices.
- Management Reporting, Technology & Business Analytics : Develop and present high-quality management information and business dashboards.
- Treasury, Capital Market & Investor Relations : Manage compliance and reporting obligations for NSE/BSE-listed entities.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) : Identify strategic acquisition/divestment opportunities in India and overseas.
- Governance & Risk Management : Champion corporate governance standards in line with SEBI LODR requirements.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management : Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial heads to align financial goals.
Candidate Profile :- Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory or additional qualification MBA (Finance) or CFA preferred.
- Experience : 10 - 15 years in corporate finance, with at least 2 - 3 years in a CFO or Group Finance Head role. Must be from the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in capital market engagement and M&A execution. Prior experience with NSE/BSE-listed companies is essential.
