Position Overview :

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure fiscal responsibility, and drive operational efficiency to support the company's long-term goals in the aluminium extrusion industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys vision, goals, and growth plans in the aluminium extrusion market.

- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely insights for decision-making.

- Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and capital investments in manufacturing and extrusion processes.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations in aluminium prices, currency risks, and supply chain disruptions.

- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards, maintaining robust internal controls and audit processes.

- Capital Structure and Fundraising: Oversee capital structure, manage debt and equity financing, and lead fundraising initiatives to support expansion and modernization of extrusion facilities.

- Cost Optimization: Drive cost-efficiency initiatives, particularly in raw material procurement, production processes, and supply chain logistics.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the CEO, board of directors, and external stakeholders (investors, banks, auditors) to communicate financial performance and strategy.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Technology Integration: Leverage financial systems and technologies to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and improve data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.

- Experience: 15-20 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 to 10 years in a CFO or similar senior role, preferably within the manufacturing, metals, or aluminium extrusion industry.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the aluminium extrusion or metals manufacturing sector, including market dynamics, cost structures, and supply chain challenges.

- Financial Expertise: Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and managing complex financial operations in a manufacturing environment.

- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance practices.

- Technology Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in managing financial operations for a global or multi-site manufacturing company.

- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and their financial implications in the aluminium industry.

- Proven ability to lead mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures in the manufacturing sector.
