Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Firm - CA

We are partnering with a high-growth, listed manufacturing organization at a critical inflection point. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Board to drive financial strategy, governance, and long-term value creation in a complex, global business environment.

This is a high-impact leadership position requiring a blend of strong controllership, capital strategy, and business partnering capabilities, along with experience operating in export-oriented/global businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the finance function including controllership, FP&A, treasury, taxation, and audit

- Drive financial reporting and governance in a listed company environment

- Anchor board reporting, investor communication, and compliance requirements

- Partner with business leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, and working capital efficiency

- Lead capital allocation, banking relationships, and fund-raising initiatives

- Oversee multi-entity and global financial operations, ensuring alignment across geographies

- Strengthen internal controls, systems, and financial processes to support scale

- Play a key role in strategic decision-making and long-term business planning

Candidate Profile :

- CA with 20+ years of experience in finance leadership roles

- Strong experience in manufacturing / industrial / capital-intensive sectors

- Prior exposure to a listed company environment

- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, governance, and audits

- Export / international business exposure is essential - experience managing global operations, cross-border transactions, and forex

- Proven ability to partner with leadership on business strategy and growth

- Experience managing large teams and complex organizational structures

- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with Boards, investors, and lenders
