
Job Title: Hiring Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a reputed and growing manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/MD for long-term business planning.
- Drive cost optimization and ensure financial sustainability.
Finance & Accounting Oversight:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and compliance processes.
Banking & Working Capital Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and auditors.
- Manage working capital, fund flow, and credit facilities efficiently.
- Optimize utilization of capital for operational and growth needs.
Forex & International Trade (EXIM):
- Manage foreign exchange exposure and risk mitigation strategies.
- Handle import/export documentation, regulatory compliance, and customs procedures.
- Liaise with banks and trade partners to ensure smooth EXIM operations.
Operational & Ground-Level Finance:
- Understand plant-level operations and link finance with production efficiency.
- Evaluate cost structures, monitor production budgets, and recommend operational improvements.
- Guide operational teams in financial decision-making.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Build a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience - 1520+ years in manufacturing or related sectors.
Domain Expertise:
- Banking, loans, and working capital management.
- Ground-level finance operations in manufacturing setup.
- Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
