- Dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant for multiple manufacturing entities.
- Financial management and planning: Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to meet short and long-term objectives.
- Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports, such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to stakeholders like the CEO and the board of directors.
- Strategic guidance: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions, such as capital allocation, investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and ensure the company's financial activities comply with all relevant regulations and accounting principles.
- Capital and investment management: Manage how the company spends and raises money, including planning for capital expenses and deciding on investments.
- Leadership: Lead the finance and accounting teams, and collaborate with other senior executives to align financial strategy with overall business objectives.
- Stakeholder relations: Often serves as the primary financial spokesperson and manages investor relations.
Qualifications and skills:
Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: CA
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. A good CFO can interpret data to identify risks and opportunities and act as a strategic partner to the CEO.
