Chief Financial Officer - Our client is a leading manufacturing organization with instant brand recall and leadership status in the domain they operate. With multiple products under their umbrella, they are now looking for seasoned finance professional to join them as CFO. - As a Chief Financial Officer, you will not only provide overall leadership to the finance and administration function, but also be part of the core management team that will be involved in driving the company's long term strategic growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for : - Providing strategic financial recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team. - Working closely with the Business team and partnering in every aspect of business. High level of involvement / engagement in driving key levers for Business growth. - Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. - Prepare Product / business wise profitability, conduct internal and external benchmarking and propose the corrective actions as required and follow through to ensure complete closure. - Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders - Prepare Model P & L for businesses and continuous updating basis actual market scenarios. - Preparation of business plan (Annual and Long term) basis input from business / inter departmental team. - Evaluate and performance tracking of all business proposals. - Evaluation of various business Models. - Working very closely with all the stakeholders on plant/s economics and taking corrective actions proactively. - Driving productivity across all channels and across all P & L cost lines. - Leading monthly finance close with detailed root cause analysis of variances vs - budgets/estimates. Review actual / estimated financials with business on monthly basis. - Monitoring monthly budgets, expenses at plant and corporate level. - Work closely with business team, supply chain team and IT team to ensure business goals with financial goals are achieved - Continually improving internal processes and controls. - Benchmark and implement best practices across the organization and within across all other lines of business. Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 - 18 years' of experience working in manufacturing setup. - Minimum 5 years in leadership role handling multiple stakeholders and board.
