Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Gurgaon Reporting to: MD (Direct reporting relationship), with a dotted line to Regional CFO in UAE, Few interactions at HQ in Germany Role & Responsibilities: Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with the overall business goals. Financial Planning and Analysis: - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to provide insights for decision-making. - Driving favorable negotiated terms by working with business. Manage; and control overall Accounts receivable - Credit Management function. - Driving working Capital, cash collection through sales teams - Cash flow management. - Pricing management; control, including customer engagement and target schemes. - Manage and control overall Accounts Payable function including vendor negotiation and others as per business requirements. - Business partnering. - Timely and informative MIS to the business. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Auditor Management: Coordinate with external auditors, manage the audit process, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders. Cash Flow Management: Manage working capital, optimize cash flow, and develop strategies to improve liquidity. Tax and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards. Responsible for financial accounting; and corporate reporting. - Direct tax; TP. - Managing the auditors relationship and scheduling internal and external audits. Financial regulatory compliance. - Budgeting/forecasting and financial analytics. Custodian of internal control environment and business processes. Reporting; accounting of all Capex and overall tracking of Investments. Liaising with banks on treasury solutions including FX compliances with RBI; and FEMA. Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and drive efficiency in financial operations. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Strategic Decision Support: - Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions and business growth initiatives. - Insurance management, claims, renewals. - Manage control; hygiene for all commercial & AP-related items, closure of various audits; and other statutory requirements.
