Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Firm

Role Summary - CFO

- End-to-end ownership of Finance & Accounts for the business

- Monthly / Quarterly / Annual closing, consolidation & reporting

- Strong exposure to IndAS, IFC, IC, GRC, COA, DOA & governance frameworks

- Budgeting, variance analysis, cost control, capex & asset accounting

- Cash flow & liquidity management with proactive planning

- Tax planning, compliances & audits (statutory & internal)

- Robust MIS, KPI tracking & management dashboards

- Finance automation & SAP/ERP environment exposure

- Strategic finance support through models, trends & decision analytics

- Preferably IPO experience in India (hospitality exposure is a plus)

Profile Snapshot:

- CA - Mandatory (CA+CS/MBA/LLB preferred)

- 23-30 years post-qualification experience

- Experience across manufacturing / corporate / multi-SBU setups

- Strong leadership, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
