Job Profile:

- Lead the overall finance and accounting function of the company.

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.

- Ensure timely preparation of MIS, financial statements and management reports.

- Drive cost control and improve financial efficiency.

- Manage taxation, audits, statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee working capital, receivables, payables and banking relationships.

- Provide financial insights and support management in business decision-making.

- Establish strong financial controls, processes and reporting systems.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and other external stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
