Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organisations financial strategy and oversee manufacturing finance, governance, investor relations, fundraising, and IPO readiness. The role will have end-to-end ownership of finance operations and work closely with PE investors, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management of the organisation.
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including manufacturing finance, accounting, cost control, treasury, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Drive strong financial governance, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the organisation.
- Lead IPO preparation and readiness, covering financial reporting, regulatory requirements, governance, due diligence, and other IPO-related activities.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including preparation of financial information, financial models, investor engagement, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with PE investors, lenders, auditors, advisors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team and support business growth, profitability, cost optimisation, and key business decisions.
- Ensure effective cash flow, liquidity, and working-capital management to support business operations.
- Establish and strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting systems to support the organisations growth and IPO journey.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 18 - 28 years of overall experience, with 18+ years of experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or Consumer Appliances.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance, cost control, treasury, financial planning, accounting, and compliance.
- Mandatory experience/exposure in IPO preparation or execution.
- Experience working with PE investors and senior business stakeholders is preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, investor relations, and decision-making skills.
