Role Overview:

The CFO will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, driving performance, ensuring robust financial governance, capital market credibility, and strategic growth through organic expansion and inorganic opportunities (M&A). This role requires a seasoned finance leader with deep exposure to manufacturing operations, capital markets, and corporate transactions.

Candidate Profile:

- Must be from the manufacturing industry.

Education:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; additional qualification MBA (Finance) or CFA preferred.

Experience:

- 18 - 25 years in corporate finance, with at least 5 - 7 years in a CFO or Group Finance Head role.

- Proven track record in capital market engagement and M&A execution.

- Prior experience with NSE/BSE-listed companies is essential.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong grasp of NSE/BSE listing regulations, SEBI compliance, and investor relations.

- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.

- Ability to manage complex treasury operations, forex, and commodity hedging.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- High integrity, resilience, and ability to operate in promoter-driven environments.
