Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations of our manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial leadership, deep knowledge of manufacturing finance, and the ability to guide a large finance team while partnering with senior management to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy, supporting long-term business objectives.

- Provide strategic insights and advisory support to the leadership team for business planning and growth initiatives.

- Ensure effective financial forecasting, scenario planning, and performance management.

Financial Operations & Controls

- Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.

- Lead budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, and management reporting.

- Strengthen governance practices and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Costing, Compliance & Risk

- Drive accurate product costing, standard costing, and cost-optimization initiatives across operations.

- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including transfer pricing regulations.

- Implement robust risk management frameworks across financial and operational processes.

Treasury & Working Capital

- Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, and liquidity management.

- Monitor working capital efficiency and implement strategies for improvement.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and mentor a finance & accounts team of 10+ members.

- Build capability within the department and ensure high-performance culture.

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and commercial.

Technology & Systems

- Leverage SAP and other financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

- Drive digital adoption and process automation within the finance function.

Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing finance.

- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with executive teams and lead large, diverse teams.
