Job Description:

Designation: CFO

Address: Sector - 37, Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Working Day: 6 days

Working Timing: 10 to 7 PM

Total accounting staff: 20

Accounting software: Tally but migrating in Microsoft Dynamics

Qualification: Qualified CA

Experiences: 12-18 yrs

Preferred Gender: Male

Core Skills: Business Planning, Financial Management, Statutory compliances, Cash flow and fund flow management, strategic planning, good communication and leadership skills

Must have manufacturing experiences also preference would be given to those who are having prior IPO or fund raising experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Leadership:

- Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy aligned with business goals.

- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and senior management.

- Support long-term business planning, expansion, and growth initiatives.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and business ventures.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Prepare financial plans and business projections.

- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Monitor key financial metrics and profitability.

3. Financial Reporting:

- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Present financial reports to management, board members, and stakeholders.

- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.

4. Cash Flow and Treasury Management:

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.

- Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.

- Oversee investment and fund management activities.

- Ensure effective utilization of financial resources.

5. Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Establish budgets and monitor departmental spending.

- Analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

- Drive profitability improvement initiatives.

6. Risk Management and Internal Controls:

- Identify financial and operational risks.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

- Establish strong internal control systems and financial policies.

- Ensure proper corporate governance practices.

7. Taxation and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.

- Oversee tax planning and tax filings.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.

8. Audit and Regulatory Management:

- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.

- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

- Maintain compliance with corporate governance requirements.

9. Stakeholder and Investor Relations:

- Communicate financial performance to investors and stakeholders.

- Support fundraising, debt financing, and capital management activities.

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.

- Participate in board meetings and strategic discussions.

10. Team Management and Leadership:

- Lead and mentor finance, accounting, taxation, and audit teams.

- Develop finance policies, procedures, and controls.

- Build high-performing finance teams through training and development.

- Promote continuous improvement within the finance function.

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, Cost Control and Profitability Analysis, Treasury Management, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management

Technical Skills:

- IFRS, Ind AS, GAAP knowledge, Taxation (Direct and Indirect Taxes), Internal Controls and Compliance, ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), Advanced Excel and Financial Modeling, Business Intelligence and MIS Reporting

Leadership Skills:
