Location - Gurgaon Department - Finance & Accounts Reporting - Chairman & CEO Direct Reports - Finance & Accounts Team, Legal & Secretariat and IT Educational Qualification - CA (MBA/CS/ICWA/LLB will be an added advantage) Minimum Relevant Experience 18+ Years (Preferred - B2B manufacturing industry background) Travel Requirements Low & need based - We have multi-locational operations in India Skills & Experience - 18-20 Years overall and min 3-5 years' experience as CFO (in a listed/mid-size organization) - In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods - Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP etc.) - Ability to strategize and solve complicated business scenarios and taking strategic decision - Strong leadership and organizational skills to lead from front - Excellent communication, interpersonal and people skills - An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers and problem-solving attitude - Good people management skills - Succession planning, nurturing and developing team/talent
