Leadership Hiring | CFO & Vice President

Location: Mumbai (Head Office)

Reporting to: Managing Director

We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Vice President for a BSE-listed Indian manufacturing organization .strong governance standards, and a robust SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.

Role Purpose

The CFO will lead financial strategy, governance, compliance, and business partnering, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and regulatory excellence for a listed manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership:

- Partner with MD & Board on strategic decisions, capital allocation, and growth initiatives

- Drive profitability, cost optimization, and working capital efficiency

Financial Planning & Control:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, variance analysis

- Strengthen manufacturing costing and margin analysis

- Accounting, Audit & Listed Company Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), BSE regulations

- Oversee quarterly/annual results, audits, and stock exchange disclosures

Taxation & Regulatory:

- Direct & indirect taxation (IT, GST, customs)

- Handle assessments, litigation, and tax optimization

Treasury & Banking:

- Cash flow, liquidity, working capital management

- Banking relationships, fund raising, debt structuring

- Forex risk management (imports/exports)

- SAP S/4HANA & Digital Finance

- Own SAP finance modules (FI/CO/MM integration)

- Drive automation, controls, and digital reporting

Risk, Governance & Controls:

- Internal Financial Controls (IFC), ERM, internal audit

- Investor Relations & Board Support

- Investor & analyst communication

- Audit Committee & Board presentations

People Leadership:

- Lead finance, accounts, taxation, and costing teams

- Build a high-performance finance culture

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA Mandatory | MBA (Finance) preferred

- 15-20 years' experience, including 5-7 years as CFO / Head Finance

- Experience in listed manufacturing company highly preferred

- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA

- Background in engineering / auto components / machine tools manufacturing is a plus
