Job Role:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

- Provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

3. Risk Management:

- Identify and assess financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential threats.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

4. Mergers and Acquisitions:

- Lead financial due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

- Contribute to negotiations and integration efforts.

5. Investor Relations:

- Communicate effectively with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

- Participate in earnings calls and investor presentations.
