Chief Financial Officer - Logistics & Supply Chain Platform - CA

A global logistics and supply chain platform with strong international presence is looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer - India to lead the finance function during a key phase of business consolidation and growth. The organisation is currently focused on strengthening financial governance, integrating operations, and building scalable finance processes aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the finance function across multiple entities in India

- Drive financial integration, governance, and controllership frameworks

- Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit

- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management

- Manage cross-border reporting and coordination with global stakeholders

- Build and lead a high-performing finance organisation

Ideal Candidate :

- Chartered Accountant with 18+ years of experience

- Prior experience as CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Controller within a Japanese-headquartered organisation or working closely with Japanese stakeholders

- Strong exposure to multi-entity finance environments

- Deep understanding of Indian taxation, compliance, and governance frameworks

- Experience working with global stakeholders / international HQs

Preferred:

Candidates familiar with South India business environments; proficiency in Tamil will be advantageous.
