Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer with a proven track record in public markets and IT industry segments. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial strategy, ensuring robust financial health, and supporting growth initiatives through effective financial planning, risk management, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, and compliance.

- Lead capital raising, M&A activities, and other strategic investments.

- Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and regulators, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts; recommend corrective actions.

- Implement robust financial controls, risk management policies, and governance processes.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions impacting the company.

- Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning and business development.

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- Over 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.

- Extensive experience working within publicly-listed companies, with familiarity in regulatory frameworks.

- Proven experience in the IT industry, understanding its financial dynamics, R&D investments, and technology-driven business models.

- Strong knowledge of capital markets, investor relations, and corporate governance.

- Demonstrated success in strategic financial planning and analysis, Taxation, P&L management, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation projects.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to make data-driven decisions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
