Chief Financial Officer - IT

We are seeking a highly experienced CFO to lead financial strategy, governance, and growth initiatives across geographies. The role involves managing financial operations, compliance, capital raising, and supporting long-term expansion goals including IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive financial strategy, planning, and business growth.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.

- Oversee treasury, working capital, and multi-entity finance operations.

- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and strong internal controls.

- Partner with leadership on M&A, expansion, and IPO preparation.

- Mentor and build a high-performing finance team.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 10-15 years of finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven expertise in capital raising, investor relations, and IPO management (good to have)

- Strong knowledge of compliance, international accounting standards, and multi-currency operations.

- Hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and governance.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
