Chief Financial Officer

Experience: 15-25 years

Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

Candidate must be below 50 years

Industry Experience:

- Must have significant experience in the hospital/healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization's growth.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS and local regulations.

- Cash Flow and Working Capital Management: Rigorously manage cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations, which is vital in a capital-intensive manufacturing environment.

- Develops long and short-range operational and capital budgets, which are supported by the hospitals long and short range plans and objectives.

- Monitors, interprets and analyzes hospital financial performance in realizing established plans and objectives of the hospital.

- Responsible for direction and submission on a timely basis all financial data associated reports required by government and other regulated agencies including payroll tax reports, public disclosure

reports and third-party pay or cost reports.

- Lead financial reporting, risk management, and internal controls.

- Support strategic initiatives including IPO readiness, fundraising, and investor relations.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

- Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering professional growth and best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and navigate complex financial landscapes.

- Experience in IPO planning and execution is highly desirable.
