Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Pune

We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a leading Heavy Engineering firm in Pune.

Location: Pune

Position: CFO

Function: Finance

Reporting to: Managing Director & CEO

Key Requirements:

- 25+ years of overall experience in Finance, with 5+ years in a CFO / senior finance leadership role.

- Experience in Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering / Construction industry preferred.

- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, Financial Strategy & Planning, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Cost Management & Efficiency, forecasting and financial modelling.

- Strong experience in cost accounting, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnerships working capital, Stakeholder Communication & Investor Relations, cash flow and treasury management.

- Hands-on experience in banking, debt restructuring, refinancing, consortium management and capital raising.

- Strong understanding of financial risk management, taxation, audit and regulatory compliance.

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics.

- Exposure to digital finance transformation, BI dashboards, analytics and ERP optimisation will be an advantage.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and Board-level communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the companys financial strategy, EBITDA improvement and working capital optimisation.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

- Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships and funding requirements.

- Oversee cost control, CAPEX evaluation and financial risk management.

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax and regulatory requirements.

- Support the CEO and Board on business strategy, investments and growth opportunities.

- Lead and develop the Finance team.

- Support M&A, JV and strategic partnership evaluations and financial due diligence.
