Role:

- Role will be based out of Kolkata office and should be open for relocation in case currently based out of Kolkata

- Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the company's objectives in the healthcare sector.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Manage financial risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in accounting and finance.

- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost management.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring high performance and development.

- Establish and maintain relationships with investors, auditors, and other key stakeholders.

- Monitor key financial metrics and present actionable insights to the senior leadership team.

- Drive initiatives to improve financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.

A successful CFO should have:

- Candidate with CA + MBA (preferred), a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.

- Healthcare experience and work experience of 20+ years

- Proven experience in financial leadership within the healthcare industry.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in accounting and finance.

- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive financial success.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of Bengali language is plus but not mandatory
