Role Summary: Lead the financial strategy for a high-growth healthcare organization, managing aggressive Indian market expansion and complex crossborder M&A.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & M&A:

Partner with the CEO to drive aggressive organic growth in the Indian healthcare sector.

- Identify, evaluate, and execute international acquisitions to expand the company's global footprint.

- Lead due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger financial integration.

Financial Management & Reporting:

- Oversee all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with Ind AS and global standards.

Governance & Compliance:

- Act as the primary expert on SEBI regulations and the Companies Act for a listed entity.

- Manage relationships with the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, ensuring robust corporate governance.

- Oversee tax compliance (Direct/Indirect) and statutory audits.

Treasury & Capital Management:

- Optimize capital structure and lead fundraising efforts for expansion.

- Manage liquidity, foreign exchange (forex) risks for international operations, and banking relationships.

Digital Transformation:

- Drive the adoption of advanced financial technologies, ERP systems, and AI-driven analytics to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Professional: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a premier institute

- Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience, with significant time in senior leadership roles within listed companies.

Domain Expertise:

- Rich experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, and corporate governance.

- Proven track record in successful M&A and handling Board-level communications.
