Chief Financial Officer/Head - Finance - CA

The Head of Finance for the company would define and govern the Financial Strategy for the company to achieve its goals.

He will be responsible for managing the financial health and strategic financial planning of an organization.

He will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, business planning and risk management. The CFO plays a key role in strategic decision-making, working closely with the CEO and MD to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Preparing for IPO as per SEBI compliance .

- Managing Banking operations , Finance, Accounts & Audits, MIS & Reporting, Taxation compliance

- Treasury, Risk, Financial planning, Financial Reporting, Manufacturing Accounts, etc. with a team of competent Functional Heads

- Manage external and internal stakeholders:

- Keeping the Board informed with reports, analysis, strategy.

- Dealing with Investors and shareholders communicating financial performance.

Desired profile :

- We invite applications from CAs with 20-23 years of experience.

Experience in leading a company for IPO .

Must be adept as driving compliance as SEBI guidelines .

Must have a Proven track record in the area of Financial Accounting, MIS & Reporting, Corporate Finance & Treasury Operations, Taxation compliances (Direct Taxation including International Taxation and Indirect taxation GST etc), M&A (Valuations & Due Diligence), Fund Raising, Controllership, Financial Planning & Cost management, Financial Controls , Risk Management & Audit Assurance, General Management experience, Investors Relations (IR).

- Should have experience in Manufacturing companies across functions in Finance & Accounts .
