A well-established Dairy / Food Processing organization is looking to onboard a seasoned CFO / GM Finance & Accounts to lead its finance function and support the next phase of growth.

Location: Indore

Qualifications:

- ACA (Chartered Accountant) mandatory

- Additional qualification in ACS / LLB will be an advantage

Experience:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounts & Business Planning

- Exposure to small / mid-sized listed companies in Dairy / Food Processing preferred

- Strong experience with ERP-driven finance environments

- Exposure to Board & Corporate Affairs will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalization of P&L, Balance Sheet and statutory compliances (GST, IT, etc.)

- Monthly P&L reviews and daily MIS for business control

- Product costing & pricing (Activity-Based Costing preferred)

- Managing internal & external audits

- Consolidation of financials for parent and subsidiary entities

- Budgeting, business planning & financial controls

- Fund raising, bank limits & treasury management

- Payables, receivables, cash flow & liquidity management

- Establishing a strong IT-enabled / ERP finance ecosystem

- Handling legal & statutory compliances across plants and branches

- Exposure to IPO processes, listing, M&A will be a strong plus
