Chief Financial Officer - Garment Manufacturing

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for the financial health and growth of the organization. You will oversee all financial aspects of the company, with a strong emphasis on Treasury Management and maintaining robust relationships with Banks and Investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Lead financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with Panorama Exports' long-term strategic goals.

- Treasury & Banking: Manage liquidity, cash flow, and treasury operations. Act as the primary point of contact for financial institutions and investors to secure funding and optimize capital structure.

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and international accounting practices.

- Performance Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve financial performance, reduce costs, and drive sustainable growth.

- Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate financial risks. Maintain robust internal controls and safeguard company assets.

- Taxation & Compliance: Oversee tax planning and ensure 100% adherence to local and international tax regulations (GST, Corporate Tax, Import/Export duties).

- Advisory: Provide the executive team with high-level financial insights and actionable recommendations for strategic decision- making.

- Team Mentorship: Lead, develop, and mentor the finance department, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
