Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join KwikMedi as a core leadership member.

As CFO, you will lead the company's financial strategy, fundraising, investor relations, compliance, and long-term capital planning. You will work directly with the founders in shaping the company's growth trajectory and preparing KwikMedi for its next phase of scale.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build and scale a high-growth startup from an early stage while taking ownership of financial leadership and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Fundraising & Investor Relations :

- Lead Seed and future fundraising rounds.

- Build investor materials including pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms.

- Manage investor communication, due diligence, and term sheet discussions.

- Develop relationships with VCs, angel investors, and strategic partners.

Financial Strategy & Planning :

- Define and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Build scalable financial systems, reporting structures, and forecasting models.

- Lead budgeting, capital allocation, and runway optimization.

Financial Operations & Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and governance requirements.

- Oversee accounting practices, audits, and internal financial controls.

- Manage risk assessment and financial planning processes.

Strategic Business Leadership :

- Collaborate closely with founders on expansion strategy and business growth.

- Support strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and long-term planning.

- Drive data-backed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements :

- 7- 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, startup finance, or CFO leadership roles.

- Proven experience in startup fundraising and investor management.

- Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning.

- Deep understanding of Indian financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.

- Startup mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Gurgaon-based or willing to relocate preferred.

Compensation :

0.5% Equity / ESOPs in KwikMedi.

1% commission on total Seed Round closure.
