HR Codes Consulting is seeking a highly accomplished, strategic, and entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team as a Founding Member. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of a growing consulting firm, managing all aspects of finance and playing a critical role in our domestic and international expansion.
This is a high-impact, equity-based role requiring a founder's mindset and a long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall financial strategy and roadmap to support HR Codes Consulting's ambitious growth objectives, both domestically and through overseas expansion.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and other Founding Members, contributing to overall business strategy and operational decision-making.
- Establish and maintain robust financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Finance, Accounts & Compliance Management:
- Lead and manage the entire Finance, Accounts, and F&A (Finance & Administration) functions, setting up scalable systems and processes from the ground up.
- Oversee all daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to all financial compliances and statutory requirements, including corporate taxation, direct and indirect taxes, and other finance-related statutes.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations effectively.
Investor Relations & Fundraising:
- Develop and manage Investor Relations, serving as the primary point of contact for current and potential investors.
- Lead the financial preparation and due diligence for all future fundraising efforts and capital-raising initiatives.
- Prepare compelling financial models, presentations, and reports to communicate the company's performance and financial outlook to stakeholders.
System & Infrastructure:
- Select, implement, and manage the company's core financial system and technology stack to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all financial operations.
Category Requirement:
- Education MBA from a reputed institution is mandatory. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential.
- Experience 12-20 years of progressive, hands-on experience in finance, with significant experience in a strong corporate environment.
- Expertise Deep, hands-on knowledge in Taxation, Corporate Taxations, statutory compliance, and international finance/expansion. Proven track record in scaling finance functions.
- Attributes Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinker, excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to operate effectively in a startup environment.
