RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and execute the company's financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Provide strategic financial guidance to the board, focusing on growth, ROI, and cost optimisation

- Support business expansion into new markets through structured financial planning and analysis

- Manage high-volume, multi-currency cash flows across multiple jurisdictions

- Oversee banking relationships and global payment flow operations

- Implement hedging strategies to ensure liquidity, capital adequacy, and financial stability

- Ensure compliance with offshore regulatory frameworks (e.g. FSCA, FSA, and other jurisdictions)

- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions

- Structure entities and financial operations for tax efficiency and regulatory compliance

- Maintain transparency and accountability across all financial processes

- Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls to safeguard company and client assets

- Monitor financial and trading-related risk exposure

- Ensure compliance with internal governance and risk frameworks

- Lead and manage the global finance team across multiple regions

- Drive automation and efficiency across financial processes and reporting systems

- Oversee ERP and treasury management system implementation and optimisation

- Align finance operations with overall business and trading objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)

- Minimum 5+ years in senior finance leadership within FX/CFD brokerage environments (mandatory)

- Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-currency treasury operations

- Strong knowledge of offshore regulatory frameworks (FSCA, FSA, etc.)

- Experience working with brokerage trading environments and financial systems

- Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience with ERP systems and treasury management tools

- Exposure to fast-growing FX/CFD brokerage environments

- Experience managing cross-border finance teams.
