1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.

- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management, influencing decision-making processes.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.

- Analyze cost structures and recommend strategies for cost reduction and margin improvement.

4. Business Finance & FP&A

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial projections and variance analysis.

- Develop financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.

5. Fundraising & Investor Relations

- Prepare financial presentations and reports for investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions.

- Support fundraising activities, including debt and equity financing, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP systems.

- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation norms in India.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing finance teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
