Chief Financial Officer - FMCG/Consumer Durables/Food Processing - CA/CFA/IIM/FMS/MDI

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to serve as the Chief Financial Officer based in Kolkata, responsible for steering the companys fiscal strategy and long-term economic health. In this capacity, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, treasury management, and regulatory compliance. You will lead high-performing finance teams while collaborating closely with department heads to drive operational efficiency and profitable growth. Your leadership will directly influence the organization's ability to scale, optimize capital allocation, and maintain robust governance standards in an evolving market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end IPO & listing process, including DRHP/RHP, due diligence and SEBI/stock-exchange compliance.

- Manage Merchant Bankers, Auditors, Legal Advisors and Investors.

- Drive financial strategy, governance, MIS, cash flow and compliance.

- Lead fundraising, valuation and investor relations.

- Strong preference for candidates with successful IPO/listing experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial operations, including P&L oversight, cash flow management, and corporate restructuring within large-scale organizations.

- Proven ability to communicate intricate financial data to non-financial stakeholders and the Board, facilitating transparent and effective governance.

- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing diverse teams to achieve aggressive organizational objectives.

- Strong educational background, typically holding a CA, CFA, or MBA from a premier institute, complemented by a deep understanding of Indian financial regulations.

- High degree of adaptability and professional maturity, with the ability to thrive in an on-site leadership environment in Kolkata, driving change through direct engagement with the business.
