With ambitious plans to double revenue in the next 3-4 years, we seek a strategic CFO to partner closely with leadership and drive the next phase of expansion.

Role Summary:

The CFO will serve as a trusted business partner to the promoter, blending deep financial expertise with commercial acumen and entrepreneurial leadership. Beyond traditional finance oversight, this role demands shaping strategy, fueling growth initiatives, and building scalable financial systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support - 5,000 Cr+ growth targets, including capital raising, M&A, and investor relations for a listed entity.

- Partner directly with the promoter on business decisions, providing commercial insights across FMCG/consumer durables/fashion operations, supply chain, and e-commerce/retail scaling.

- Oversee treasury, risk management, compliance, and tax structuring while optimizing working capital in a high-growth, inventory-intensive business.

- Drive cost optimization, profitability enhancement, and ERP/financial system implementations tailored to aggressive expansion.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of business partnering over pure controllership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications: CA (first-attempt preferred) with 22-25 years of progressive experience.

Current Role:

- CFO in a - 3,000-4,000 Cr organization, OR No. 2 Finance Leader (e.g., Deputy CFO / Finance Director) in a - 4,000 Cr+ company.

- Sector Expertise: Strong exposure to FMCG, FMCD, consumer durables, fashion/lifestyle, e commerce, or retail; proven track record in listed companies.

- Mindset: Commercially sharp and entrepreneurial-not just a finance controller but a growth oriented business leader who thrives in promoter-led setups.

- Key Traits: Ability to influence at Board level, navigate ambiguity, and align finance with aggressive business goals.
