Chief Financial Officer - FMCG - CA

About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team in Vadodara, Gujarat, India The CFO will be instrumental in bringing financial discipline, enhancing visibility into margins and cash flow, and supporting data-driven decision-making for our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain robust financial processes, ensure compliance, and implement strong internal controls for accurate reporting, audit readiness, and effective risk management.

- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct in-depth margin analysis, and provide critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making across retail, distribution, and export channels.

- Optimize working capital, manage cash flow effectively, and refine cost structures to enhance profitability and ensure sustainable business growth.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Proven expertise in Financial Control, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and financial reporting.

- Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.

- Strong understanding of business finance principles and experience supporting strategic growth initiatives.
