- Assist and partner CEO for all strategic initiatives from Business Expansion, Fund Raise to Audit & Control of the organization. - Manage the CAP Table with timely reports, regulatory filings, audits & investor relationship management. - Evaluate, design/redesign, implement the Company's risk management, financials, accounting and reporting processes & supporting systems, ensuring world-class financial administration. - Drive in a hands-on manner the full array of financial functions including taxation, treasury, cash management, working capital management, corporate finance, control, audit, financial planning and analysis, ERP exploitation and MIS. - Managing overall GL accounts, costing, working capital, treasury, budgeting, Balance Sheet, PnL reviews & Financial Modelling and BI tools. - Review and take ownership of the underlying Financial Statements of the company, lead the statutory audit finalization and handling routine monthly, quarterly, and annual compliances. - Advise the Senior Management on the financial implications and risks related to key issues and important strategic decisions; keep all relevant stakeholders posted, on a timely basis, regarding ongoing financial conditionof the organization. - Should have very good knowledge of Product costing, Price Schemes & Value Chain structure. - Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin. - Manage the finance and accounts matters, MIS, Cost Optimization, General and Project Procurement, Supply chain, Warehouse, and Store Management. - Preparing operating annual budgets & reporting relating to Sales, GP, expenses and profitability. - Executing budgetary control, steering development of capital expenditure budget along with analysis & reporting of financial viability of new projects, capitalized items, and spending. - Approaching banks, negotiating term-sheets, finalizing loan documents, security creation, ensuring disbursements etc - 10-15 YEARS EXPERIENCE - CA Qualified with experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food Processing Industries - Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing demands - Team builder & a Team player of the highest order - Result oriented, Strategic thinker and Planner. - Person must have good IT skills with more than working knowledge of ERP software, Excel, PPT, data analysis, etc. - Ability to glean insights from data, data-based decision making, sound commercial acumen - in order to guide his team members well. - Passion for working with a business with a noble purpose - Should have the perseverance to scale up along with the organization
