The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, driving financial strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, and leading the IPO readiness and execution process. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in FMCG finance, deep understanding of capital markets, and prior experience managing the IPO lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions. - Drive IPO preparedness, including financial structuring, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. - Manage capital structure, fundraising, investor relations, and liaise with investment bankers, auditors, legal advisors, and SEBI. - Ensure robust financial controls, risk management, and statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.). - Oversee accounting, treasury, audit, and taxation functions. - Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis and business insights. - Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned with organizational goals. Key Requirements: Experience: - 15 - 20 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods companies. - Must have hands-on experience in IPO preparation and execution (either led or played a key role). - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, SEBI regulations, and IPO-related compliance. Educational Qualification: - CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution. - Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities. - Experience in working with promoters and private equity stakeholders is a plus.
