The Company : One of the largest floor and wall tiles producing company in Oman. The company was setup with a vision to provide quality ceramic tiles and world class designs ingrained in every single tile. Roles and Responsibilities : - Providing leadership and direction to the accounting and Finance team - Managing Company's financial planning, management of financial risks, financial reporting and analysis of data to give suitable feedback and guidance to the executive management. - To work efficiently as a board secretary and to coordinate with committees and members of board - Generate monthly and quarterly financial statements, MIS and supporting documents for presentation to management and board of directors - Develop and monitor annual budget for every department - Manage receivable functions, insurance carriers and financial service providers and also Accounts payable functions, licenses, taxes, lease etc. - Oversee Payroll function assuring compliance to pay and staffing guidelines. - Oversee banking and investment relationships - Coordinate with internal and external Audit team - Liaison with the Company's outside legal counsel as required - Overall Admin of the Factory and offices in terms of cash management, expense management, debt Payments, investments, accounts reconciliations, reporting and liaison with outside tax counsel - To lead IT functions of the company - To drive effective cost control across the company. Desired Candidate Profile : - Should have experience of working as Head of Finance for at least 10 years in manufacturing set up preferably in building material industry viz. Ceramic Tiles/ Sanitary ware or allied products - Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant - Job exposure should be 12-18 years post CA qualification - Candidate having experience of working in a listed company and having handled board secretarial will be desirable - Working Experience in GCC will be preferred Compensation &amp; Benefits : 1.
