Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and execution focused CFO to lead the finance function and be a core member of a fast-growing early-stage fintech startup, backed by marquee investors, with a bold vision to transform India's digital lending ecosystem.

The company is building a cutting-edge, tech-first lending platform that leverages AI and data intelligence to deliver customized credit solutions at scale.

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience across finance leadership roles.

- CA and/or MBA (Tier 1 preferred).

- Prior experience in fintechs, NBFCs, or investment banking transitioning into operating roles.

- Strong grasp of digital lending, credit products, and financial operations in a tech-first setup.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in early-stage, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial strategy, investor relations, fundraising, and capital allocation.

- Build scalable finance processes across controllership, FP&A, and compliance.

- Work closely with the founders and board on strategic growth initiatives.

- Manage stakeholder relationships including investors, regulators, and lenders.

- Drive financial discipline, metrics, and reporting suited for a high-growth fintech.
