Chief Financial Officer - Financial Strategy & IPO - Hotel/Restaurant - CA

This is a strategic CFO role for a finance leader who can go beyond traditional controllership and help build the financial architecture for the next phase of growth.

The CFO will lead:

- Financial strategy, planning and business performance

- Restaurant-level profitability, margins and cash generation

- Financial reporting, accounting and audit

- Treasury, taxation and working capital

- Internal controls, governance and risk management

- Finance systems, ERP/POS integration and process scalability

- Building and leading a high-performing finance organization

- IPO readiness, financial due diligence and capital-market preparation

IPO & Capital Markets:

A key part of the mandate will be preparing the organization for a potential public listing, including:

- Strengthening historical financial reporting and controls

- Identifying and resolving accounting, control and related-party matters

- Working with the Board, promoters, statutory auditors, merchant bankers and legal/IPO advisors

- Supporting financial due diligence and offer-document requirements

- Establishing investor reporting and disclosure processes

- Assessing the financial track record and eligibility requirements applicable to the proposed listing route

Ideal profile:

The ideal candidate would be a CA with 15 - 20+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably from restaurant, hospitality, retail, FMCG, consumer or other multi-location businesses.

Experience in one or more of the following would be highly relevant:

- IPO preparation / capital raising

- Listed-company financial reporting

- Financial due diligence

- Multi-unit / multi-location operations

- Building finance functions during periods of rapid expansion

- Strong promoter, Board and external-advisor stakeholder management
